Amir, do you mean 'programatically load this RBAC stuff' from somewhere? Do you have a tame techie who can do a search for apis that deal with this? Not Bob Braund of course, he's rubbish . But someone good maybe?

I have spent some of the best years of my life trawling metalink, I did find a document that said there was no link bewteen RBAC and security profiles but i find that hard to believe

In AME: 1. Create a attribute which returns Yes if the transaction creator not the employee's manager (this could be employee himself/herself or this other person) else return No 2. Create a condition for approval where the above attribute is Yes 3
