Does anyone have any advice; we've recently applied RUP 9 to a test environment and have concluded our testing. The only issue we've found is that we are receiving the bog standard error below when trying to view our payslip via self-service:

I've had an SR raised for over a month now with no real progress made. So far we have applied the following patches as advised by Oracle but to no avail: 22981934 & 22981934.
Given that the Legislative Update has now been released for TYE/SOY (and of course RUP 9 is a pre-requisite) this is now getting urgent.
What do you get when you 'click here' as suggested?
As an aside, and from past experience of similar situations to what you have described, I would advocate an escalation from your organisation's senior management, to impress on their friendly Oracle client representative the gravity of the situation. He or she in turn will more than likely relay this on to Oracle Dev, with their own words of encouragement.
I would further suggest this is done sooner rather than later - again, based on past experience.
The escalation seemed to do the trick, I had an OWC with support and they advised/realized that RUP8 (not 9) required an online payslip template to be used, we hadn't been using one to date. By simply setting the template to United Kingdom Payslip Template at the BG we have a viewable payslip again. Obviously this is different to the view we originally had but HR/Payroll seem happy enough with it (for now). It looks like the out of the box view we were using previously which had been personalized beyond recognition was changed as a result of RUP9 hence our view no longer working.
