SBi battle-hardened campaigner Joined: May 2008 Posts: 427 UK	I have had done my training on Fusion HCM and also got certified by Oracle but Fusion being fairly new there are few companies who want to implement it or any companies who can implement it.... i know .. i know .. there are some who have done many implementations.. but still its not that common yet. But like any new system.. its like a chicken and egg situation.. how can someone get X year of experience for a new product when noone wants to give the experience!?!? Its like when R12 came out everyone wanted someone who had done X implementation in R12 !

SBi battle-hardened campaigner Joined: May 2008 Posts: 427 UK	Got my training from Oracle Corp. Few of my past colleagues who have moved on to Workday as well to have a change of scenery.. .. thats a big change in scenery.. !!
