Curiouser and curiouser!! . .Our setup is exactly the same but we can only view other users logs not the output. . .Are you viewing through the standard form "view requests and selecting the requests of a specific user?

Try checking your settings for the profile "Concurrent:Report Access Level". The value Responsibility allows all users with a certain resp to view the output of all requests submitted under that resp.

Quick update... The Profile Option Concurrent:Report Access Level no longer works for R12 (when I used it last that is!)...

You now need to set-up Role Based Access. See note: 736547.1... IMHO I much prefer the Profile Option!!
