Has anyone migrated absence history and then run the Absence Participation Process to enrol the absences into an OSP plan. If so .were there any issues with performance. We have just run it for 5000 employees and it took 12 hours.

Just in case anyone is interested we have run the absence participation process against approx 33 500 absence records on approx 12 500 employees and it took 43 hours.
