I had to elicit a response from this DBA dude using Tadoma. .This is a form of communication where people will place their .hands on the speaker's lips or throat to feel the vibrations. .This method is quite rare and is used with DBA's who cannot .communicate by more traditional methods . .Honest no jokes...
