Has anyone had any experience with any Automated Testing Tools, either Funkie or Techie, and can let me have their experience of them please.

We used Mercury tools for benchmarking on the *HS project in the early days.

Scripts were difficult to build , a VB kind of language, and techies had a tough time even to load in 100-200 emps and evaluating how different screens functioned.

Again I stress these were early days, someone must have fine tuned them further down the line.

However Mercury Interactive and Oracle work closely together on many projects with deep pockets and users rave about the ROI. Products WINrunner and Test Director

Some more technical info on this one. There is a patch that delivers mercury scripts that can be used with HRMS CONFIGURATION WORKBENCH
