Yes indeedy.
I've got one of our DBA's to raise this as a Tar.
It seems the toolset that you can use through concurrent manager scripts is tied to the apps tier.
So, even though we have 9.2.+++ the apps tier by default runs 8.0.2 versions of plus, sql*ldr etc.
Which (to me anyway) is pants.
You can force the oracle home to use the r9 toolset providing you have access to the unix shell, but this is only valid for the shell session. It cannot be done via conc programs.
I'll let you know how we get on with our TAR.
