Hi all

I have a strange Viewer problem that only affects a couple of users.
If they log in using the UK responsibility, they see South African data (ZA). This only happens in Viewer, and I can log in using there user name just fine into the Desktop User edition. It is also not computer specific as we have tried different computers.

I'm guessing there is a security or system profile that needs to be updated, but can't for the life of me find one that is different for these users.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Alex

Hi Alex,

You've may have already tried this, but my first action in such cases is to go to the system profiles window and untick the Site and Profiles with No Values options. Then I tick the User option, enter the user id and place % in the Profile box. This displays all the profiles assigned to the user. Hopefully there aren't to many and if it's a rogue profile the difference between this and one of your good user ids will be apparent.

Pat
