Life Time Support Coverage for Oracle Applications.

There are two important months for those customers who are on 11.5.7 or 11.5.8 that we want to make you aware of.

1. 11.5.7 will come out of Premier Support in May 2007
2. 11.5.8 will come out of Premier Support in Nov 2007

A) Extended Support has not been offered for 11.5.7 or 11.5.8.
B) Premier and Extended Support Includes - Tax legal and regulatory updates
C)Sustaining Support Does NOT include new tax,legal, and regulatory updates.
D)Sustaining Support will continue indefinitely.
