Trying to set it to email me when someone posts in the funky forums, but it doesn't 'save' my changes when I move the marker to the Watch column.

Seems to work if I add 'Watched Users' though. I can try from my PC at home at the weekend to see if it's some security setting here at the window frame factory...?

To add forums to your watch list you need to be in that forum.
Then click on the 'Forum Option' tab at top of the forum page and 'Add forum to watched forums'

Do this for however many forums you wish to watch.

To get it to email you, you need to click on the 'My Stuff' tab at the top of the page. And then click on the 'My Preferences' link.
Within the preferences screen there is a radio button with the label "By default should anything added to your Watch Lists be emailed to you?" - Check that to YES.
Then click the SUBMIT button to save.
