Hi,

I am trying to run a report from HRMS Request with Oracle reports and it is not generating any output. The log file is producing the below error message.

I have checked metalink and Note: 200474.1 suggests that the session needs to be an X Windows one. The environment is currently set up as a X Windows session.

Current NLS_LANG and NLS_NUMERIC_CHARACTERS Environment Variables are :
American_America.WE8ISO8859P1

Has anyone experienced this error before?

At the risk of quoting a Doc Id you've already pored over, there is this one: Note 364838.1: "Quick Checks for REP-3000: Internal Error Starting Oracle Toolkit"

Out of interest, what report is it, and do you get the same problem with any/all other reports? Other applications? (assuming you're implementing others that is)
