I have a requirement to hold an employee's personal email address in HRMS in addition to their work email address which we currently hold in the email field against on the office details on the person enter and maintain screen.

Am I missing something, or is there no standard place to hold a personal email address (I'm on 11.5.10)? Presumably I need to use a DFF on per_all_people_f...

I do not think there is a standard field to store personal email address. Yes, you may want to design an SIT/DFF for it.

The phones facility can be used to home email addresses.
See Others=>Phones from the Enter and Maintain screen.

I believe the "Personal Email" is even one of the seeded types.
You then enter the email address in the 'phone number' field. Its all held as text anyway.
