I urgently require the ETRM for Oracle HRMS (R12i). I have for R1i, but not been able to find out for R12i from anywhere.

A PDF of what? If you mean of the document itself, the answer is no! However, there appear to be downloadable PDFs available from that site I linked, as an option under 'R12' folder.
