Any one come across the changes being made after the Irish budget. Do you happen to know if Oracle will release a Patch? If so, do you know ow long it would usually take?

Normally budget announcements (especially those impacting taxation) would provide advance notice to enable Payroll providers time to change and test their systems.
I guess that means something in the order of 4 - 6 months?
Unless of course the said payroll provider has been provided advance notice of any tax changes (unlikely).
