You may experience slow (or even no) response form HRMS Aces during the afternoon of 6th November 2008.

This is due to database backups taking place in preparation for tonights software upgrade.

I will try to keep disruption to a minimum, however the live databse will need to be temporarily disconnected to enable a snapshot to take place prior to the backup.

UPDATE
Backup snapshot taken at 12:29 GMT
Test instance generation will take place at 13:00 GMT - this may cause the live system to slow down as test instance is hosted on same box.

UPDATE2
Server backup taken at 14:28 GMT
This has established a full live system backup in the event the software upgrade goes wrong!
