What is functionality scope of this EIT details in element definition and where it is used?

Hi KP,

The arrears processing options allows the payroll to manage voluntary deductions when there is not enough net pay to make the deduction. You can decide whether you want the system to put all the deduction into arrears, take as much of the deduction as possible and put the remainder in arrears and also manage how the arrears are recovered in subsequent pay runs.
