My question is, if you dont use advanced benefits then what do you miss out on? I mean we can create all the elements and store benefit pay information / deductions for contributins etc. inc ssp,smp,spp,sap,pto, etc..

What is the purpose of advanced benefits in the real world please explains, thanks
