scott warming-up Registered: 19/03/09 Posts: 17	HI, I Would like to enable forgot your password link on SSHR Login page.could you please let me know what will be the steps. my main objective is that user can change sshr password it self. is there any other way to change the sshr password by user. Thanks

I have received daily lot of calls from users to change the password because they forget the password. i would like to enable forget your password feature that is the standard feature in oracle. This will need to be set as follows: � USERNAME_HINT = 01 � PASSWORD_HINT = 02 � CANCEL_BUTTON = 04 � FORGOT_PASSWORD_URL = 08 � REGISTER_URL = 16 � LANGUAGE_IMAGES = 32 � SARBANES_OXLEY_TEXT = 64 So, if you want to show User Name Hint, Password Hint and Forgot Password Link then the profile option will be: 01 + 02 + 08 = 11. Look at matalink note 399766.1. This describes setting up the process. Hope this helps!
