Configuring the iCalendar Export Feature in Oracle HRMS Applications Doc ID: 761563.1

Basically you can send holiday details from Oracle EBS as a calendar entry in MS Outlook. Clients have been spending millions developing/customizing applications to have a user-friendly way to get data out of Oracle.

if this is working in R12.1.1 a big thumps up to Oracle.

Not familiar with this iCalendar thing. Is there an Import facility as well?

I dont know and I doubt whether Oracle would like that. The reason being people will start using MS Outlook instead of Oracle EBS to make holiday requests..

works fine.. might need some tweeks as there is not lot of info coming out. I need to so some more R&D to find if person name and other details can be retrieved.
