SBi claiming squatters rights Registered: 23/05/08 Posts: 291 Loc: UK	Configuring the iCalendar Export Feature in Oracle HRMS Applications Doc ID: 761563.1 Basically you can send holiday details from Oracle EBS as a calendar entry in MS Outlook. Clients have been spending millions developing/customizing applications to have a user-friendly way to get data out of Oracle. if this is working in R12.1.1 a big thumps up to Oracle.

SBi claiming squatters rights Registered: 23/05/08 Posts: 291 Loc: UK	I dont know and I doubt whether Oracle would like that. The reason being people will start using MS Outlook instead of Oracle EBS to make holiday requests..

SBi claiming squatters rights Registered: 23/05/08 Posts: 291 Loc: UK	Just got r12.1.1 up and running.. and tested the iCalendar export. works fine.. might need some tweeks as there is not lot of info coming out. I need to so some more R&D to find if person name and other details can be retrieved.
