Info gleaned from the OHUG meeting in the US last month, although i'm sure this information is probably available elsewhere at no expense....
11i.10 - Extended support will run 12/2010 to 11/2013 (with first years extended support fees waived) - this effectively will cover all UK Payroll users through to Tax-Year-End April 2013 only. After that it is bug fixes only, no legislation patches. This means that all 11i.10 Payroll customers will either have to be on 12/12.1 before TYE 2014 (or have gone elsewhere...)
R12 (base) Support ends 01/2012, with extended support running 02/2012 through to 01/2015
R12.1 Released 05/2009 - core support runs for 5 years (so through to 05/2014), and presumably extended support running for an additional 3 years after that.
