Hi,

We currently have an issue with Web ADI. The Web ADI we have produces an MS Word letter based on a custom view.

On the person form, when I query for an employee and the resultset is 1 our web ADI is working fine.

When the query returns more than one employee, the Web ADI errors. It does not download any records into the excel file and then when it tries to open the word document it asks for Header Record Delimiters?

In the excel document I get a Run-Time error '5922' Method 'Run' of object '_Application' failed.

Can anyone help with this issue?

Many thanks

Martin

Hello Martin

I looked in Metalink but couldn't see anything specific to that error number. However, as a bit of a long Shot, have you checked the security settings within Excel:

Go to Tools -> Macros -> Security

In the 'Security Level' bit, you are at least at 'Medium'

In the 'Trusted Publishers' bit, you have 'Trust Access to Visual Basic Project' enabled.

I'm not 100% confident of this as it does work for single rows, but even so, perhaps worth checking?

Good luck anyway, and if you do find the answer please share it with us!
