Hi,

We are using Online Payslips and we have an individual who started on the 9th November 2009, and has been paid. But they cannot view their online payslip for November. They are receiving the below message when trying to view their payslip:

There are no Payslips for the pay period you can view. Please contact the System Administrator or Payroll Manager.

Can anyone help with this? Is it anything to do with them joining mid-period?

It's Ok, I've managed to fix this issue. The guy had been paid by cheque and the Cheque Writer process had not been run.
