On the 1st April the UK implements the new fit not system. This changes the sick notes that we have become accustomed to. Doctors will now need to say whether the employee is 'fit for work taking account of the following advice'

phased return to work
altered hours
amended duties
workplace adaptations


Just wondering whether anyone was making any provision to store this data in their system?
