SBi sitting tennant Registered: 23/05/08 Posts: 344 Loc: UK	Is there a standard functionality in Self Service for employees/managers to "nominate" peers/subordinates for some exceptional work or soemthing. I have started looking on the lines of using Employee Review functionality or usual SIT/EITs but dont know if there is a "standard" functionality for it. Any ideas..
