As promised here is the info... .In the define Functions screen on the Description Tab we have... .Function = FND_FNDCPQCR_SYS .User Function Name = View All Concurrent Requests (System) .Description = Concurrent Requests: View System Mode Form... . .On the Properties Tab we have... .Function = as before .Type = FORM .Maintenance Mode SUpport = None .Context Dependence = Responsibility . .And on the FORM tab we have... .FUnction = as before .Form = Run Reports .Application = Application Object Library .Parameters = MODE="SYS" . .Hope this helps

Curiouser and curiouser!! . .Our setup is exactly the same but we can only view other users logs not the output. . .Are you viewing through the standard form "view requests and selecting the requests of a specific user?

Try checking your settings for the profile "Concurrent:Report Access Level". The value Responsibility allows all users with a certain resp to view the output of all requests submitted under that resp.

Quick update... The Profile Option Concurrent:Report Access Level no longer works for R12 (when I used it last that is!)...

You now need to set-up Role Based Access. See note: 736547.1... IMHO I much prefer the Profile Option!!
