Hello, Web-ADI geeks. Here's a fun question for you in case you're bored with staring out the window all afternoon: We have a package procedure, which deals with various changes to employee assignments. The integrator was built in the usual way, and all works nicely thank you.

Then, a few months later, the package procedure is changed such that a couple of new parameters are added to the main function referenced by the integrator. However, the integrator refuses to have anything to do with these new parameters. Is there no way to 'update' the existing integrator definition to render these new parameters visible (and therefore useable)?

From my experience with WebADI, i always had to rebuild the integrator from scratch!

Now i try to avoid it like the plague

This is what I have now done Clive.

It's a pain as you have to re-create all of the layouts.

Thanks for your help.

I've had the same frustration and been digging around for a solution and found this UTL PKG BNE_INTEGRATOR_UTILS.

Not had much chance to play with it yet but looks like the UPSERT_INTERFACE_COLUMN proc might be useful
