I am not sure of 11i. But, from R12.0.X onwards this is the way to do it.
1. In iRecruitment Recruiter, there is a function called assesment administrator, provide grants to the specific user to get access to this.
2. Once the fn appears on ur resp, go to assesment administrator.
Now, create a question bank (in unpublished mode) and add all the questions in it.
Questions can be yes,no; multiple choice;free text etc.
3. Once questions are added, now publish it.
4. Now, create an assesment test. (Do not publish immediately)
5. Query for the question banks in manage questions and add the required qns with in the q banks.
6. Now publish it.
After this,
when u create your vacancy, under the default job postings, there is an option to add assesment tests. Click on it and add it.
Now, advertise ur vacancy on the external job site.
Now, when an applicant logs in and applies for this job, in the ending he has to attend this assesment test and if this test has pass marks etc, he needs to pass in it.
