Hi, I was wondering whether anyone knew if Oracle will be providing any software updates to support the change in legislation for the auto enrollment into Pension Schemes? and if so what will they cover and whether this will be available for 11.5.10. and or R12.1.3.
Im asking this question iro a new legislative requirement being introduced whereby employers have to automatically enrol employees into a pension scheme. Ordinarily all pension related functionality (elements, links, balances etc) is configured rather than any seeded values being provided as with PAYE and NI.

My guess would be R12.1.3 only and if oracle intend to create an element for pensions, just like PAYE, then I would suspect that you would have to link it as Standard in the same manner as NI and PAYE.
Have you searched oracle support page?

most pension schemes are different and companies have their own rules so my guess is Oracle won't provide any seeded functionality. They already have the pensions element creation template that covers most of the rules for setting up a pension scheme and, as Paul says, you could link the elements as standard which will cover the auto enrolment requirement.
