Hello All,

I have created 2 accrual plans for sick leave and annual leave both plans are assigned to employee, i have not given sick absence to employee but have given annual leave to employee for 25 days, when i see entitlement balance i see sick has taken 5 and annual leave 20 days, can I know where i am going wrong.

Sick accrual plan i have used; PTO_PAYROLL_BALANCE_CALCULATION, PTO_PAYROLL_CARRYOVER
balance reset date: 1st jan

Annual Leave:PTO_HD_ANNIVERSARY_BALANCE, PTO_HD_ANNIVERSARY_CARRYOVER
balance reset date: hire date anniversary

Hi Peter,

I have seen the posting in regards to PTO Balances and I have a very similar requirement from Client. They grant PTO at the beging of the year and decrease as they take it. My question is I have verything configured but I cant get the balances to display in the leave of absent form in self service. Is there a process I need to run to make them appear.
