I'm implementing HR at the same time as Projects.

We're struggling over how best to represent the job so that it's meaningful to HR and Recruitment but also satisfies Projects billing requirements.
It seems to me that this will always be a struggle over getting something that looks nice in self-service / on the contract compared relevance for billing and how it looks on the invoice.


Has anybody had any experience in coming up with something that satisfies both?
Any helpful insights/experiences?
