I have attached Extra Information function to Self service Menu..
Now User can only see the EIT on page as read only. I want User to add and update the EIT from page... How I can Enable this to user ..

How is your SSHR functionality currently working, have you switched on 'Query Only' for any other functionality? Also have you created any personalisations on this page? Worth checking if you have 'read only' on personalization level set?
