In HR, Total Comp/Basic/Element Description is where you set up the earning codes that OTL uses. I understand the first page well enough. The secondary page where you set up the input values that OTL needs is where I am unsure.

What are the minimum rows or inputs needed to create hours types like - Reg Hrs, Holiday Hrs, OT Hrs, etc? Are there any gotchas that could easily be overlooked? I would appreciate any help that could be provided.
