Working for a government department at the moment on a fairly large scale implementation. We are in early stages but client has decided they want to use a consultancy to provide resource for the data migration part of the project. Migrating 12,500 employees from 42 different systems into the Oracle application. The work will not be technical that will be carried out by another third party, so primarily looking for data analyts...

Can anyone recommend a small niche consultancy that might be up to this work? They have to be S-CAT qualified.
