HCM Aces Forum Rules
You are free to use these forums for support of,to facilitate discussions and promote the sharing of information linked to Oracle HRMS products and Oracle technical resources needed to run such products.
As such, we welcome and encourage the sharing of information, tips and other information that may be of benefit to other users of this site.
We appreciate that there may be a mix of experience amongst our users, and therefore hope that the more experienced users are willing and able to share in their experiences of using Oracle HCM products.
New and inexperienced users are encouraged to try and use the forum search facilities to see whether your questions have been asked previously.

While we encourage the sharing of information, be it code, documents etc, we would respectfully remind all users that you should check with the relevant holder of the property copywrite in the first instance, before uploading such material. This particularly applies to code (including Fast Formula) where the IPR owner may be different than the user!
We will respect all copywrite and trademark owners, and will have no hesitation in complying with any requests from the relevant holders to remove such material as deemed in breach of such laws. All postings and materials deemed inappropriate will be removed.

UPDATE NOTICE (New and Existing Users)
Due to the increasing volume of spamming, especially by people registering and then posting inappropriate material, we have had to amend the new user settings for this site.
In future, all new users will have their posts sent for approval before they are published to this site. This should enable the admin team to filter out all unwanted postings before they appear on the forums. Offenders will be banned.

Please note if the attempted posting contains illegal or other deemed inappropriate material then the IP addresses will be logged and reported to the relevant ISPs.
Once a new user has achieve a sufficient number of approved postings then the approval route will be removed enabling their posts to appear immediately.
New users will not be able to post links or images within their posts, nor will they be able to search the user list or post private messages to existing users.
