Our client are currently on Disco version 3i and are upgrading to Disco 10i. The client's user base currently use Disco user desktop (via Citrix) and they are are considering whether to move to Disco user desktop 10i or Disco Plus. My question is by moving to Disco Plus will they loose some functionality that they currently have in Desktop edition?

I seem to remember from using disco 4i that there were a couple of things you can do in Desktop edition that you cannot do in Disco Plus, I think scheduling reports was one of them.

Is there anything else you can do in Disco Desktop but not Disco Plus?

Here at NHS they are using Desktop, however there are restrictions on scheduling.
Scheduling is all controlled outside of individual user control to prevent conflicts and to prevent multiple users trying to schedule the same thing at different times (ie big disco report output is cached onto the reports/disco server to provide multiple access).
However, since we have a potential 100,000 users everything is done differently here <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
