Hmmmmm

Has anyone had to produce anything to comply with the DPA requirement of providing an employee with all details held on the system to them.
We have an employee who has made this request. We have 40 days in order to comply.

In the short we will screenshot as many hr screens as we can, however i wondered if anyone had developed a report or extract to produce this?

We have contacted Oracle and have bugged this with them - as its a legal requirement now surely the application should have a standard facility to do this.

Clive - bit old school really as it doesn't cover the more recent Career Management/Appraisals etc.

Depends what the scope of the data model is I guess?

HR Views (in HR Professional V4.0 responsibility) does give a useful datetrack view in a fairly user friendly format for printing...?

You also need to supply the data held against their record that exists in test systems, spreadsheets etc. I've been at some sites that copy production but don't bother to scramble the data.
