We are thinking of using some functionality of Learning Managements like competence profiling and selfservice competence profile..

But before we even start thinking about it.. I just wanted to know that do we need to purchase additional licenses?

We have full HR, payroll and SS.

Not for those - they are core HRMS.

Enjoy

Hi Shiva

I'm just setting these up today in a development environment. The client has just implemented Talent Management and is about to embark on iRecruitment, Learning Management and Project Resource Management all at the same time (and probably suitability matching although they don't realise that yet!). All of these utilise competencies in one form or another so we have had a central project to bring together everyone's requirements and try and get some structure in place before the other projects leap in and start muddying the water.

Do you have single BG or multiple BGs?
Are using local or global competencies?

We have a single BG but are using global competences (there is a remote possibility of multiple BGs in the future but the appraisal and performance stuff will continue to be centraly managed).
