Hi all

I'm trying to update email addresses in the WF_LOCAL_ROLES table. In theory these should be populated from the employee record. This does happen when they are updated/entered now, but there are a lot of these that have no email address.

I've run "Synchronise WF LOCAL tables" using PER_ROLE for the Orig System parameter, and that doesn't appear to do anything.
I then ran "Synchronise WF LOCAL tables" using PER for the Orig System parameter, and this failed with a message about PER using hierarchies, so bulk sunchronisation is not possible.

I've also run "Synchronise WF LOCAL tables" using ALL for the Orig System parameter, and this has also not populated the email address.
We're on 11.5.9, but workflow appears to be patched to 11.5.10 levels.

Any ideas?

I asked around some of the propeller-heads here where i'm working but no-one seemed to know...

The only suggestion was that you'd need a script to correct the WF_LOCAL_ROLES table for the rows that don't have the email address in.
