Hi All

I have the unenviable task of creating a migration model/configuration for my company to push data into Oracle HR. I've got the conversion routines and control all set up and I''m now executing through a jdbc connector into the API. Trouble is that I keep getting various HRMS errors telling me that the data I'm providing is invalid. Does anyone have an example of a PL/SQL procedure that sets up standard data and calls the CREATE_GB_EMPLOYEE api routine?

I'm using R12 as the target with a "Vision" vanilla set up - hope this makes sense

Rgds

Bob

Hello Bob, and welcome to the forum.

Are you able to expand further on these error messages? I might have an example lurking somewhere but can't put my hands to it right away. In any case, if you can get a copy of the API documentation in Metalink, there should be a couple of good examples in there - there were last time I looked at it, anyway.
