I recently finished training in Oracle HRMS functional at a institute in hyderabad. I would like to start practicing.

Can any one let me know how to practice. what are the real time situations while practicing.

Easier said than done I guess, but really you need to get yourself hired by some sort of consultancy. Working with others more experienced in a consultancy organisation is always, to my mind, the best way to learn.

I prefer the same to you. Real life scenarios can not be find in Books, and can not documented. Further I prefer you must read Oracle HCM forums, this is where see learning and real life environments.
