Hi All...

Me again!

Just thought I'd ask, is there anyway of being able to produce payslips for half of a payroll?

We have half our staff ICT based and the other half not, we wish to issue payslips for non-ICT based staff and use the Online payslip for ICT Based staff.

Anyone got any ideas as to how this could be set up?

Thanks

Chris

Create assignment sets for each type of staff and do 2 separate payroll runs. One for ICT staff other for non ICT staff..

you can then separate all the further processes differently for each of the respective group of staff..

I suggest you use Cash/Bank Register report for this purpose.

Chris,

If you are asking to explain the assignment set way then if you can identify who you want to print Paystatements for then you should be able to create an Assignment set with these assignments and run a payroll run against them. Only issue is you'd have to create another assignment set for the other half.

I have no idea what the Cash/Bank Register is all about as not something I have seen in the payroll list of processes.

Cheers

Paul

Chris,

If you went down the assignment set route, which I think may be your only option, you would need to create separate consolidation sets as the online payslip can only be run by consolidation set, not assignment set.

Cheers,

Delboy
