Me once again...

I am struggling with the P11D process. I have looked the Implementation and User Guide 2006/07, this has now confused me even more.

Can anyone explain the setup and process in the simplest of forms.

We have Oracle HR/Payroll and use HR self service for car mileage claims and are running version 12.1.1

Any help would be great.
