Trying to replace DUMMY PAYE reference and getting message....APP_PAY-78126 A single payroll must not have multiple PAYE reference within tax year 2010-11.
I have deleted everything fron the Payroll Processes window but there still shows 4 rows in the pay_payroll_actions table against this payroll.

Anyone tried to change a PAYE reference for a payroll already set-up before?
Any suggestions how I can get around this?

These 4 remaining payroll actions - what are their action types? Could be they are processed Mix batches - there is tons of stuff that creates payroll actions these days.

The processes are a magnetic report, costing, prepayments and a payroll run. I did roll them back but they still appear in the values list for rollbacks.

'Magnetic report' covers a multitude of sins, but in this case it's probably a BACS process. How many assignment actions are there on each?

There are 80 assignments on each.

OK, a small number. I guess the acid test is, what is currently on the base table now... in SQL are you able to see the contents of the table PAY_PAYROLL_ACTIONS for the specific payroll_id?
