The way that Oracle have supplied this legislative change is to provide a Non-recurring element. As Del says, in the UK there is a whole load of functionality surrounding SSP / SMP etc so that teh non-recurring element will be auto created for each week. as far as I have seen this does not exist in the AU legislation...
The way we have worked around it is to create a Recurring element that indirectly passes the payment to the non-recurring element. The recurring element will have to stop once the balance reaches the amount to be paid (suppliedby gov)...
