Quick question, which may lead to a follow up!

Has anyone done Grade Step Progression (standard or custom) which works over multiple Assignments?

Darn!! If the answer you are going to give is "can't be done" then you are thinking along the same lines as I... Was hoping that I was wrong!

I guess it must be down to the Life Event being person and not assignment based?

I had a search on metastink and GSP has no mention of the abbility to work against multiple assignments. As you rightfully say it's driven by life events and they are created agains the Person.

I will have a quick check with a couple of my GSP expert contracting colleagues of old and see if they are aware of a change or a way for barstardising the process to work for Multiple assignments.
