Hi
Has anyone implemented Talent Profile in SSHR (Release 12)?

If so, how easy was it to implement / configure?

I need to set up a proof-of-concept for its use but need to get an idea of how many days effort it may take to throw something together in the first place.

Cheers
Barry

Talent Profile Function in Oracle Self Service HR - Implementation and User Guide (Doc ID 860944.1)

try this note.
I heard that assuming data already exist its pretty easy to show..
probably you will need to set some profiles & play around with menus.

Hello

We are in the process of doing this - its a doddle really. Lots of personalisation to get it into the right format but little else.

Getting the menus set up was the trickiest bit- and even that was not too bad.

Very popular with the client.

Succession Planning is a bit more fiddly to use and therefore less popular.

Jo

Hi Jo
Thanks for the response.

The oracle documentation made it look quite daunting to start with, as it seems to be nothing but personalization and config to get it up and running, rather than being out of the box (as the sales pitch would have you believe) smile

We dont have a licence for the Succession Planning module here, so the whizzy 9-box widget is off the menu for us

Regards

Barry
