Would anyone be able to tell me if these are possible in Oracle Performance Management Plan in R11i (11.5.10)or is this only possible in R12?

1. HR professionals/Performance Management Administrator can view appraisals of ex-employees
2. HR professionals/Performance Management Administrator as well as Main Appraisers can switch managers – meaning transfer the objectives and/or appraisal if the manager has changed since the objectives were set or if the manager has left the company and the template needs to move to a new manager (via HR)

I've only seen these options available in R12. That said, my exposure to PMP functionality in 11i was limited so it could be lurking somewhere in the config.
